PAYMENT METHODS

Procesul de achiziție a proprietăților NUR este flexibil și se adaptează nevoilor tale financiare, oferindu-ți următoarele opțiuni

FULL PAYMENT

Quickly and easily purchase your desired property using your own resources. By opting for full payment, you benefit from a simplified purchase process, which means that the property can be transferred to your possession faster. At the same time, this method may bring discounts or special offers from us, rewarding quick purchases.

STAGE PAYMENT

Payment is divided into clear stages, linked to the progress of the construction. You start with a 10% deposit for booking, followed by 30% at the start of the works. After the exterior is completed, you pay 20%, and upon completion of the interior finishes another 20%. The last installment, of 20%, is paid at the time of handing over the keys. Everything is simple, transparent and designed to support you throughout this process.

DEVELOPER RATES

We offer the possibility of paying in installments directly from the developer, with a minimum 40% down payment and monthly installments for a period of up to 1 year. Please note that apartments purchased in this way are not eligible for other ongoing offers.

BANK LOAN

We accept contracts with any bank, and in our sales office you will also find a dedicated credit broker, ready to guide you to the most advantageous financing solution, at no additional cost;

INFORMATION REGARDING THE APPLICABLE VAT RATE:

For the purchase of the property, the standard VAT rate of 19% is applied, according to the tax legislation in force. This tax is included in the final price and is reflected in all documents related to the transaction.

The prices displayed are in Euros but will be paid in lei at the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment.
